IT'S TIME TO HEAL
I've been passionate about health and wellness for as long as I can remember. Even at a young age, I was the weird kid who actually wanted to eat my vegetables. Fast forward to college, and my ongoing interest in healthy eating led me to earn a bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science from NC State University. I then went on to obtain a Personal Training Certification and a master's degree in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida. Since then, I've spent 14 years working in exercise programming, health promotion, disease prevention, and corporate wellness.
After my own health journey and becoming a mom, I wanted to go deeper than the surface-level approach to wellness that I'd been exposed to throughout my schooling and career. That led me to become an Integrative Health Practitioner, and I discovered my passion for helping others uncover root causes, rebalance the body naturally, and feel their best.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and daughter, walking my dog, weight training, running, seeing live music, and doing just about anything outdoors: hiking, camping, gardening, swimming, you name it. I'm also a big fan of turning traditionally unhealthy recipes into nourishing, family-friendly meals.
As an Integrative Health Practitioner, I find it imperative to practice what I teach: moving often, eating real food, spending time outside, reducing toxins where I can, and finding simple ways to calm my nervous system each day. I'm certainly not perfect, but I'm committed to helping myself, my family, and my clients live healthier, happier lives.

In my 50s, I pursued a lifelong dream of competing in women’s physique bodybuilding—and even earned my IFBB Pro Card. On the outside, I looked like the picture of health, but inside my body was in turmoil. Sleepless nights, thinning hair, cold extremities, debilitating joint pain, and overwhelming fatigue were daily realities. Doctors told me it was “just genetics” or part of aging, but deep down, I knew there had to be more to the story. What I later discovered was that my “toxic load” and hormonal imbalances—not my genes—were driving my symptoms.
My own health journey began in my 20s after being diagnosed with endometriosis. Frustrated by approaches that focused mainly on managing symptoms, I began exploring nutrition, herbs, lifestyle changes, and natural wellness strategies on my own. Those changes helped tremendously, but I still felt like I was missing the framework that connected everything together.

Over the years, I continued studying holistic health, but it wasn’t until I discovered the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute that the pieces finally came together. For the first time, I had a comprehensive framework connecting functional lab testing, nutrition, gut health, hormones, stress, detoxification, and lifestyle. It changed the way I understood wellness—not as isolated symptoms, but as interconnected patterns that deserve to be understood as a whole.
Sevenfold Eden Wellness grew from my belief that women deserve more than being told everything looks normal when they know they don’t feel like themselves. I created this practice to give women a place to feel heard, understand the patterns in their bodies, and receive individualized guidance rather than another generic plan. My vision is to help women move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and support—and to build a team that shares that same commitment.
